
Combine or mix flour, pork and cheese in a large bowl, pressing mixture together with hands. Shape into ¾ inch balls, and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 400ºF for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
Freeze uncooked Sausage Balls, if desired. (Optional)
Bake frozen balls at 400ºF for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Note: You can mix using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.
For a more controlled portion of balls, use a 1 oz scoop to help with sizing.
