Asian Style Chicken Drumettes

Main Ingredients
 1 cup BBQ Sauce * (make or buy your favorite sauce)
 ½ cup Honey
 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
 1 tbsp Ginger root, grated
 2 tbsp Low-sodium Soy sauce
 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
 3 lbs Chicken Drummettes
Optional Ingredients
 8 oz Chicken breasts or thighs
 3 tbsp Hot Sauce or spice (like Sriracha)

Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except chicken.

Grill chicken 15 to 20 min. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 5 min every minute.

Additional Notes

Note: If you don't have a BBQ, you can broil them in the oven at 400°F or you can also slow cook them for 3 to 4 hours on medium. When slow cooking, use slow cook bags or line with foil to make clean up easier.
